John Kaszuba

John’s career spans over three decades in the healthcare industry. He began his journey in a managerial role, where he effectively utilized his leadership skills and knowledge to reach executive positions. He has been involved consulting, hospital management, acquisition of ambulatory surgery centers, strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Additionally, John frequently presents at state, regional, and national healthcare professional association conferences, sharing his extensive expertise and insights with peers and industry leaders.
John's leadership path started in the U.S. Army, where he acquired 8.5 months of hands-on leadership training at various military schools. He joined as a private first class (E-3) and, after becoming a sergeant (E-5), completed Officer Candidate School to become a second lieutenant. John served as a junior officer, reaching the rank of captain. From 1987 to 1993, he earned the Army Achievement Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, and the Bronze Star Medal (Meritorious).
David Weil

David has more than 30 years of experience serving as legal counsel. He has held significant roles such as Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at HCA Healthcare. He also served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Community Health Systems and Vice President of Legal Services at Quorum Health. His extensive experience and diverse roles highlight his deep knowledge and commitment to the fields of healthcare and business law.
Currently, David is focusing on providing legal expertise to emerging companies. He is Vice President of Legal Services for Prospero Medical Management; Vice President Legal for 360 Health MSO.
His recent teaching experience includes Assistant Professor at Tennessee State University, teaching Business Law. He teaches Business Law at Belmont University and Frist College of Medicine. Additionally, he is an Executive in Residence for TSU's Executive MBA Program. At Trevecca Nazarene University, he teaches online courses in Healthcare Administration, including Culture and Ethics, Population Health Management, Healthcare Reform, and Healthcare Law.
David is a past Chair for the American Health Law Association Business Law and Governance Practice Group; and past Chair of the Public Health Systems Affinity Group. He is also the First Vice President and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands.
Ian Kaszuba
After graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University, Ian started in his career working with several emerging healthcare consulting firms, as well as other clients. He specializes in business process improvement and revenue cycle management evident by his CRCR certification from HFMA and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Ian’s expertise in healthcare and business management provided our team with the foundational support to help operate the company and ensure its growth potential.
